Hello, my Name is Tristan Truscott and I've been studying the martial arts for close to 30 years now. I received my Black Belt in 1987 and today I own an Academy with over 400 students. I owe my life and my heath to the life-transforming practice of Qigong (mind-body rejuvenation exercise).
In the year 2000 I was forced to end my martial arts career, due to a crippling back injury. Even after 5 years of intense pain, $10,000 worth of alternative healing treatments, and an unsuccessful $90,000 back surgery, I was still unable to walk properly, let alone teach again.
Fortunatley I discovered Qigong, a.k.a. internal martial arts, and used the healing flow movements, combined with visualization and meditation to literally get back on my feet and rebuild my body!
Up until now these ancient exercises have been extremely difficult to learn and practice. I had to spent numerous years researching and cutting through all the ‘esoteric’... and what I call ‘new agey’ nonsense... to get to the core principles of this healing and self enhancement art. Gradually I regenerated by injured back and rebuilt my strength from the inside out.

I’ve done my fair share of research on what today’s conventional medicine has to offer us if we get sick and as we age ... most options don’t look too promising.
