How to Order:

You may order any of our products with our secure online shopping cart website, by phone, fax or e-mail. We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express. All charges are in US dollars. If you're ordering from another country, the US $ equivalent on the day of your transaction will appear on your statement. If you are ordering using our secure online system, your card will be billed immediately. Depending on how your credit card processes payment and currency exchange, you may see a different rate or dollar on your statement, however, the actual amount you are charged will only be the US dollar amount based on the website pricing or special promotion price.

Shipping and Handling:

All products (except RevGear products) are shipped within 48 hours if they are in stock (You will be notified if an item is backordered and it will be shipped as soon as it arrives at our office).

We ship most orders by special courier (usually UPS), which allows us to insure and track your order. Most orders in North America arrive within 5 - 7 business days from date of shipping. Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the unfortunate increase in black market video sales & increases in home video piracy there are no refunds on opened DVD videos. We will refund unopened DVDs or replace defective DVDs within 30 days. There is a 20% restocking charge on all exchanged items that are opened (other than DVD's and Rev Gear free standing bags).
